Push your craft senses

1. A jumpsuit is everything
I really appreciate the art and design behind clothing sculpted to fit the female body according to size. This look is very elegant and an undoubtable choice for a formal event especially if you want to stand out from the crowd.

2. Culottes never go out of style
This is the perfect way to bid the hot season farewell by embracing the off the shoulder trend in culottes that showcase your silhouette. I wore tribal embellished sandals to add vibrancy to the look and complimented them with a tribal embellished clutch.

3. Mix and match
Mix and match new pieces in your wardrobe with what you already own. Now this Paris printed T-shirt that I picked up in a souvenir store has been sitting in my closet for a while. I had to think of a way to make it a statement piece, so I paired it with mom jeans to create an 80s look.

4. The maxi saviour
You can never get it wrong in a maxi dress. I thrive when I’m in a maxi dress that is flattering and has the perfect fabric for humid temperatures and the right colours for a bright day. I am a sucker for anything stylish but not over the top.

5. Skorts are actually cool
I have never paid much attention to skorts and in fact never felt the need to buy them. I did, however, like the style of this skort and crop top ensemble. Its metallic fabric and pattern add a futuristic style to the look.

6. Must try one- shoulder
The asymmetrical one-shoulder trend is a must try. I love the unique asymmetrical pleated shoulder because the design adds detail to the look. The overall structured appeal is flattering to the female form and I think this look would be a great pick for a formal event.

Taking style notes from Angela Kibuuka
