Man Talk: A woman’s size matters to men

Ladies, get working out because, yes, men actually do care about your size. It may help, however, to find out first whether your man prefers you small, or fat, because ‘size’ does not necessariliy mean ‘slim’.

A woman’s size, unfortunately, matters. It is up there with facial looks and whether a chick has five toes or six on one foot in the scheme of all things trivial. It is easy to convince ourselves and the world that size does not matter but later on after the two have lived together for sometime, if a woman grows way out of the original proportions, her man is going to notice that there’s a big problem. Unconsciously or even consciously, that man will try to come to terms with the new situation.

Oh yeah, to me it definitely matters. Outside the “different sizes for different things” clause, I think we should be proportional. She can be bigger, but not twice as big. Taller, I do not mind, but still not things of dwarfing me. It is all about perspective: how do I see her from my point of view, literally!

Eh! Who says size doesn’t matter? I think we all have preferences. Some people like their goodies small, others are attracted to a big bust and over-size bosom. Although, the confusing thing is that women will be small in the start and when they get married, they start putting on weight all over the place and I think it then becomes hard for the man to strike a balance between love for the woman and attraction to a woman who has obviously grown out of her original shape and size.

I’ve personally never found the typical “model” look to be very attractive. Sure, I think a pretty face is attractive but as far as bodies, I’ve always found that healthy is attractive. Pretty much any woman can look attractive if she’s in shape- by shape I mean fit and healthy, not anorexic! The typical model always seems rather boring and flat chested to me. Not that I have anything against woman who are naturally less curvy but the idea that that’s all men want is just outrageous .

To be honest, we do make a big deal about women’s bodies but usually it’s just talk. Kind of like that’s what we’re supposed to say so you just go along with it. You ask any man honestly what they find attractive on you- and if you get an honest answer, then you’re very lucky!! We will say anything to make you feel comfortable with your appearance.

But a simple message to all the ladies out there reading this- lots of men like well-formed bums and curves - many of them actually tell you this..and you won’t believe them. But ask yourself this - who has the problem with body image?
