Angucia has been referred to a higher medical facility. It is even very difficult to carry her on a bicycle because her head is heavier than other body parts.

She could be helped through an operation with a device called shunt where the area of the mid brain is connected to abdominal cavity so that the excess fluid is drained to the cavity. But the tube is replaced with time because as one grows, the tube becomes shorter compared to the growth of the person. The operation can be done by neuro-surgeons at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
