Constructing apartments might seem expensive but if you use a simple design, you can have classy and affordable apartments.

Apartments offer high class living for urban dwellers and are a good source of income for the developers (owners). Some people prefer staying in apartments due to reasons like proximity to the work place, living in a secure environment, the amenities like a swimming pool and a health club among many other reasons.
The plan presented here is of a two bedroomedapartment that includes the following.
1.Entry Lobby where you access the house from the stair case
2. A general room which can serve many purposes among which are cloak room and as a store.
3.An open plan sitting and dining rooms that givean impression of a large space.
4.The kitchen (which is accessed through the entry lobby), with space for a fridge, stove, sink and some free counter space,
5.The kitchen porch accessed from the back door of the kitchen will help to serve the back of house activities.
6.A master bedroom with a private washroom.
7.A second bedroom, with space for two beds and a built-in wardrobe.
But while these might seem costly, here are some tips on lowering construction costs, and making the apartment more attractive.
Simple design;
A simple design will require less number of columns to be used, easy for the contractor to build, and will take relatively shorter time to complete than a complicated design.

Views
Take advantage of the views by facing windows and major rooms along the sides that get better views, this is important in attracting customers.

Ducts
It’s not pleasant to see plumbing lines (pipes) running all over the outside of the building, to hide them by ensuring the design has built-in ducts (marked x on the plans.)

Material
Use strong and durable materials, this will ensure your building stands strong for a long time.
