Enclosed
Enclosed gazebos are ideal if you want to use them as an all-time outdoor room.
You may have all sides enclosed using glass (openable or fixed windows), and short walls, this makes the interior well protected, so you can go ahead to use it as desired, for instance, you can add in a fire place, ceiling fans, nice couches and even electronic items for entertainment.

Lawn
If you have a large compound, you probably want to put a gazebo at a good distance such that you can enjoy the view of the house while you relax.
Pool side
Water provides one of the most pleasant views, and so if you have a swimming pool, you really don’t want to put that gazebo far away from it.
Against the boundary wall
This works well if you have limited space you may have one side of the gazebo attached to the boundary wall, and then create landscape features, like rocks, art pieces, flower bed, which you can enjoy while you are in your gazebo.
Gazebos can be built in various sizes; you may have a very small one for only about two to four people or large ones of more than 10 people depending on your financial status, the plot size and some other land scape considerations.
