This spacious yet simple two-bedroom house may be built for various reasons, including the following.

Guest wing
A separate house for your guests, where they can have total privacy and be able to go about their life without interfering with the daily life of the hosting family.

Walls can be built with about 16,000 bricks, 65 bags of cement, and 10 tonnes of sand from the foundation to wall plate. You will need 2,000 litres of water.

Doors
You will need two metallic doors, two timber paneled doors and two timber flush doors.

Roof
You will need about 40 roofing sheets
