What is your average day like?
My day is a hectic one that sometimes the hours in the day are not enough for me.

How many hours do you rest?
I rest for at least six hours.

How do your rest?
If I am not sleeping or resting my mind I am playing with my kids, that’s how I rest from solving problems and making things better.

Is there something you don’t like about your job?
Nothing.

How would you like to change the industry in which you operate your business?
I would like to regulate it so it can have rules and regulations just like other fields do have.

What has been your latest undertaking?
Selas, my events company, has grown in experiential marketing with projects like Crown Bottling’s Moto Moto, Orient Bank, Lions’ Insurance. It is new business, new ventures and new energy.

You must always be busy …where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Wow, I actually expect to be the same person, still working hard to make things better for me and other people. Who knows I could be president of this country.

How do you take off time to relax?
I like doing bungee jumping or taking nature walks when things get too much for me

How much time do you spend with your family?
Quite a bit. It varies really and it is the beauty of my job. This week I will be extremely busy and in another week I will have some breathing space and get to spend more time with my family.

What has been your biggest achievement as an employer?
Training others and passing on skills.
What is your philosophy in life?
Work hard and play hard

From whom do you draw your inspiration?
Not one person. I am inspired by a couple of people. I look up to people who have done their jobs or played their roles in society in a different way than they were expected by other. I look up to people like Nelson Mandela and the late Pope John Paul IV who despite being the pope showed the world his natural side.
If you had to do it all over again, would you chose another career?
Absolutely not.
