In Summary
Given the chance to choose, many employers would not mind a resourceful worker straight out of school as long as they are teachable and do their work on time.
He says: “Volunteer experience matters during job interviews.” He gives an example of Suzan Boyle of Scotland who stunned the “Britain’s Got Talent” show judges on April 11, 2009, when she sung her way to the top despite her history of non-professional singing.

He, further advises job seekers that, for any one to succeed in the job hunt field, they must ensure every volunteer work is considered no matter where it was done, for as long as it has a suit of line to the job posted.
