Rainbow International School Uganda has won this year’s “Best Enterprise - Uganda” Award.
The accolade, presented to the Midland Group Director, Ms Drashna Kotecha by the Socrates Committee of the Europe Business Assembly (EBA) at the Oxford Town Hall, England last week is in recognition for years of investment in quality international education and development of the education sector in Uganda.
“This award was followed by the admission of Rainbow International School Uganda into the official international registry of leading regional enterprises as further recognition of the school’s role in the improvement of quality and standards of education in the country and East Africa at large,” Allen Onzima, the school’s public relations officer told Jobs and Career this week.
The Socrates Committee, which is made of Europe’s elite investors, industrialists and business personalities, also commended Risu on its international British curriculum and teaching philosophy that focuses on learning through experimentation, investigation and problem solving.
