Nsereko wasn’t impressed with Semo’s interference

NTINDA. The Kampala Hockey Club (KHC) dinner has that unusual timing that makes it tick. While most dinners come in December, KHC have theirs in April to celebrate club anniversaries. Last Friday, KHC, the self-acclaimed biggest brand in Ugandan hockey, marked their sixth year in existence under the theme ‘KHC@6RaisingTheBar’, at Nob View Hotel, Ntinda. Moses Nsereko was the biggest winner of the night carrying home the Distinguished Service Award for his dedication to the club’s schools programme over the years.
However, when teammate George Ssemogerere alias Semo, came to share a Kodak moment with the ‘man of the moment’ and his date Janat Khairat, Nsereko pulled a long face and struggled to contain his natural smile. A clear sign he wasn’t cool with his space being invaded. Elsewhere, Most Valuable Player (MVP) award winners Judith Mirembe (ladies) and Habib Sewava (men) enjoyed each other’s company.
