Bebe and Zuena in stable condition

Singer Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool and wife Zuena Kirema who were involved in a car accident are in stable condition, Daily Monitor has learnt.

Zuena yesterday said doctors at Kadic Hospital, Bukoto, where they are still admitted, had examined and declared them free of internal injuries.

“I sustained cuts on my forehead. My neck and back are aching. I’m feeling dizzy and weak, but the doctors said I didn’t sustain any internal injuries,” she said.

Zuena, who was still admitted along with Bebe Cool at Kadic Hospital in Bukoto, also told this newspaper that her husband, who was reportedly resting by the time of this interview, did not sustain any external or internal injuries.

“Bebe has been given sleeping pills because he is feeling too much pain in his legs. But he didn’t sustain any serious injuries. The doctors said the pain in his legs is as a result of vigorous stretching of the stitches,” Zuena said.

Bebe Cool and Zuena were returning from a show in Lira town to Kampala when a rear tyre of their car burst and the vehicle swerved off the road and rolled several times.

The accident happened at Kakooge, Nakasongola on the Kampala-Gulu highway on Wednesday.
