Nebbi, Kamuli calm
In Nebbi, three candidates for Padyere Constituency are promising to uplift the economic status of people. Dr Paschal Odoch, the incumbent, urged voters to give him more time so he could consolidate the support for the party and work on his promises.

In relatively calm campaign in Buyende and Kamuli districts, Eastern Youth MP candidate Paul Wanyoto Mugoya promised to bring development, unity and friendship among the youth if he is elected. Mr Wanyoto offered free legal advice to youth SACCOs and urged the youth to do business with him.
