Gen Tumwine addresses nation on state of security

The state minister for security Gen Elly Tumwine on Thursday afternoon addressed the nation on the state of security in the country.

This came on the heels of Bobi Wine’s return from America where he has been for three weeks seeking specialised treatment following the alleged torture by SFC soldiers in Arua.

Bobi Wine touched the ground at Entebbe airport at around 12:45pm and was whisked away by police and military to his home in Magere, Kasangati in Wakiso District.
