“ The file was not sanctioned by the Resident State Attorney but the Office of the DPP at the Headquarters in Kampala. The State Prosecutor has pleaded for time to peruse through the file at a convenient time before proceeding. It is also prudent that we consider the fact that there is another bail application before High Court in Jinja which will be entertained on July 27. I believe August 1 is a convenient date,” Mr Sserubuga ruled.
