Kaligani was born in March, 1998, the same month then-US President, Bill Clinton, visited Uganda. He was named after the President, who took off time to go and see the baby named after him after visiting a women’s group in Wanyange. Kaligani is now a Senior Two student at Holy Cross Lake View Senior Secondary School, Wanyange.
