Brig Dick Olum sent to DR Congo in mini army reshuffle

Brig.Dick Olum, the commander of the UPDF 3rd Division has been appointed as Uganda's Defence Attachè at the Embassy of Kinshasa.

In the reshuffle, Brig Richard Otto replaces Brig Olum.

Lt Col James Katera has been sent to Goma as a Liaison Officer, according to the UPDF Spokesman Brig Richard Karemire.

Brig Lucky Kidega has been sent Somalia as Defence Attachè, replacing Brig Buturo who was appointed to head Luweero Industries.

Brig Omera Tingira is new Defence Attachè to Khartoum.
