The hearing of sodomy suspect Chris Mubiru’s case has been adjourned to March 13th after the prosecution failed to turn up to update court with the progress of investigations

The former SC Villa boss appeared before Buganda Road court chief magistrate Olive Kazaarwe. Mubiru was arrested in December after videos of him allegedly engaging under 18 boys into homosexuality made rounds on social media.

Should he be found guilty, Mubiru is liable for 18 years in prison under Section 1 (29) of the Penal Code Act.
