Justice Nshimye had advised the Mbale Court Registry staff in his recent tour of courts in Easter and Northern part of the country that in order to easily identify those cases involving children from their registry book, they should high light them but the staff didn’t have the stationery. The begging attitude of the records officer disturbed the Inspector of Courts who summoned the cashier to avail the team money to purchase the high lighters.
