High Court deputy registrar Alex Ajiji has fixed next Monday to deliver his ruling on whether to allow the six people to represent the 150 former UNRA workers in the case.
The petitioners say UNRA on December 31 2015, collectively terminated their employment without notice, a move they say was unfair and unlawful.
