The Case: Dominic Ongwen versus Uganda

Where: The Hague

The Hague-based International Criminal Court (ICC) will resume the trial of former Lord's Resistance Army commander, Dominic Ongwen. The trial in the case of Uganda versus Dominic Ongwen, which opened in December 2016 with opening statements from the Prosecution, will be conducted by Trial Chamber IX, composed of Judge Bertram Schmitt, Presiding Judge, Judge Peter Kovacs and Judge Raul C. Pangalangan. It begins at 9.00am (local time in The Hague) and 12.00pm local time in Uganda.
