Whoever loses in Luweero should accept defeat- Bishop Ssemwogerere

The Kasana Luweero diocese Bishop, Rev Fr Paul Ssemwogerere has called upon the contestants in the Luweero by-elections to accept the results that will come out of the process.

The Bishop stated that whoever loses this time should come up and accept defeat and concentrate on doing other developmental things.

"Whoever loses should accept they have lost and do other developmental things for the country" Bishop Ssemwogerere said in an interview with this newspaper.

On the issue of bribing voters, Bishop Ssemwogerere said that he is aware that some voters have been bribed but his prayer is that it will not change their decission.

There are 375 polling stations in the Luweero, DP's Brenda Nabukenya and NRM's Rebecca Nalwanga expected to poll highest numbers in this by-election.
