Man dies in public toilet

Workers at Industrial area, Factory village (Kasimingi) have been left in shock after their colleague, a 25 year old man collapsed and died in a public toilet.
Mr Wahabu Kisubi, a casual worker in the Factory village died in the toilet where he had gone to respond to nature’s call after he developed a running stomach on Friday evening.
The area LC 1 chairman, Mr John Mashid said the deceased had reportedly been suffering from diarrhoea for over a week which caused his dehydration and worsened by fasting.
“He collapsed and died suddenly in the wash rooms as friends waited for him from outside to take him to the hospital for medication,” said Mr Mashid.
His body was bundled on a police pickup truck and taken to Jinja Hospital for postmortem before being handed over to his relatives.
