KAMPALA. The Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago says his house is being surrounded by the police and cannot get out of his home.
“In the morning as we were taking kids to school, the Old Kampala DPC told me that I couldn’t get out that because I was going to cause chaos. They have really disorganised my day,” he told Daily Monitor.
Mr Lukwago said that police told him he was going to join the rest of politicians to welcome Kyadondo East Member of Parliament, Robert Kyagulanyi from the U.S where he had gone to get treatment for injuries following assault by soldiers in Arua.
