Entebbe- The Queen of Buganda, Nnabagereka Sylvia Nagginda, has called upon the youth to develop good character and be ethical to ensure successful lives.

“An upright and grounded character is a key to success in employment and entrepreneurship because whether you choose to be an employee or entrepreneur, you will be judged by the content of your character,” the Nnabagereka said.

She was speaking at a lecture on “The role of character in entrepreneurship and employment in the context of a globalisation” at Nkumba University on Saturday.
She said a good character and its attributes such as politeness, patience, hard work, honesty and perseverance are definitive to opening doors for them in life.
“You may have the skills to come up with an innovation but if you don’t have the perseverance and patience to turn it into a marketable good or service and also have the patience to face failure then you will not succeed,” she said.
