This comes after; Ms Ssansa Nalubega dragged the accused and Kiryandongo district local government to court in Masindi in 2012 accusing them of wrongful interdiction.

Nalubega said that the CAO interdicted her when she was a Town clerk of Bweyale town council.
β€œHe based on wrong information while interdicting me and accused me of absconding from duty. I won the case and he was to pay court costs amounting to Shs 43 million,” Nalubega added.
