The release of the 2012 O-Level results at the Statistics House in Kampala has delayed by over 30 minutes following reports that there was a power outage at the Ministry of Education before the Education and Sports Minister’s statement was printed.
The Ministry’s spokesman, Mr Charles Kitonsa, confirmed there was a power problem but said the situation would be rectified soon and the results released.
