Student of Moroto high school offering fine Arts subjects complained over unclear instructions in the examination paper.

Samuel Lokol one of the students offering fine Art subject said the instructions on the examinations paper were not clear.

“I was not pleased with how the fine art exam was set because the instruction on how to arrange the items were not completed,” he said.

Fr. John Bosco Kutegana, the head teacher of Moroto high school confirmed the instruction from the fine art examination was not clear.

He said it took the fine art teacher several minutes trying to arrange the items on how they should be, adding that if the teacher misfires then it will cause a very big problem to the students who could have passed the subject well.

“I had to call the team from UNEB and they instructed us especially the subject teacher to use his own imagination to arrange the items and students started their exams,” he said..

Fr. Kutegean who’s the chairperson of Karamoja secondary school head teachers also claimed that Karamoja schools don’t know how to cheat exams adding that whatever marks they get it is hard work.

This Tuesday morning the students were very fresh ready to do chemistry practicals.
