President Omar al-Bashir arrived in Juba on Saturday for a ceremony marking South Sudan's independence from the north and was greeted by his southern counterpart, Sudanese state television reported. "Bashir has arrived at Juba airport, and he has been received by Salva Kiir," the television reported.
