2011 poll pointless

This country has learnt nothing and forgotten nothing. According to Sunday Monitor August 29, the President was quoted saying, “...I am not leaving power...” Why should we borrow money from the World Bank to conduct presidential elections if the President does not want to leave power for others? My humble request would be that we hold parliamentary elections only.

The President himself once said “Africa’s problem is one of leaders who over-stay in power.” Mr Museveni should stop contradicting himself.
