Alarm Bells: Save us in Wakiso

I am a resident of Kayunga in Wakiso Town Council but we have never got piped water and yet we are willing to pay all the money NWSC needs to bring us clean water.

We pay people with bicycles to bring us water but we do not know where they get it from and it happens to be expensive.

Please do something to save us before we get diseases from dirty water.

Observe road signs

Road use of many people begs for a national refresher course. Many times one might survive being run over by the skin of their teeth, crossing at a pedestrian crossing. The drivers usually slow down a bit but they continue bearing down on the pedestrians.

So who has the right of way? What is the difference between zebra crossings and pedestrian crossings? Are they one and the same? Do driving schools teach this but drivers, somehow, forget when they qualify?
