Opondo, the “dumb” ministers are wiser

In response to the story titled, Opondo tells Museveni to reshuffle Cabinet in the Daily Monitor of February 21, I wish to inform Mr Ofwono Opondo that the ministers he described as dumb in relation to walk-to-work campaign led by Dr Kizza Besigye, are actually an intelligent lot of ministers.

Instead of insulting the public the more, these “dumb” ministers have decided to keep quiet and ‘munch’ (enjoy) their easy-earned money.

Otherwise, who does not see or feel what the walk-to-work campaigners are talking about unless one is an alien.
