Can the President justify a coup?

I am an NRM supporter and I support President Museveni for having fought for peace and democracy in this country. I would like to put a question to the President, Defence Minister and the Chief of Defence Forces on their military coup remarks.

What is the justification for the military take over? These remarks are treasonable and interfere with the Constitution.
UPDF should not be part of this plan. They should remember that they are committed to protecting the citizens and the Constitution. UPDF brought peace to this country and we are proud of them, I don’t expect them to turn around and betray the people who trusted them all these years.
