What is the justification for the military take over?

I would like to put a few questions to the President, Defence Minister and the Chief of Defence Forces on their military coup remarks which appeared in the media last week.

What is the justification for the military take over? These remarks were treasonable, undemocratic, reckless and contravene the Constitution of Uganda. The CDF is a serving military officer who should be questioned for threatening to overthrow a democratically-elected government.
