Elections should be peaceful and fair

Many people have the wrong perception of elections because of the ugly realities that are associated with past elections.We are approaching March 4 and Kenyans will vote on that day. Going by media reports ‘foreigners and diplomats’ are leaving the country for fear of post-election violence.

In the last part of the second Kenya presidential debate, one of the aspirants Martha Karua said “when violence erupts, we the leaders and our children are not in it...it is the children of others.”

Hopefully, Kenya will have peaceful elections.
