Help Kisembo recover his land

In response to the story about President Museveni’s former driver Godfrey Kisembo and his land being sold using forged documents, could this not be reversed in court?
Since the law appears to be operating so effectively in the country, couldn’t the newspaper seek the assistance of the Ugandan Law Society to find a few lawyers to offer Mr Kisembo their pro-bono services to enable him recover his land and sort himself out?
After all, is it not the effective operation of the law (in Uganda) that, essentially, landed him in prison?
So, should that same ‘effective operation of the law’ be seen to punish him twice? ie, first: rightfully by locking him up for unpaid debts, and second: wrongfully by enabling the fraudulent sale of his land and so doing him injustice!
