In Summary

The fact that the current NSSF leadership decided to continue with the appeal even when two previous rulings had not been in their favour shows their dedication to their work and indeed to the workers whose savings they are entrusted with.

I would like to express my gratitude to the NSSF management and board over their recent success in Alcon court case. One wonders why it took 14 years before the former leadership of NSSF could present the bare facts in court, which were all the judges needed to give a ruling in NSSF’s and indeed workers’ favour.

The fact that the current NSSF leadership decided to continue with the appeal even when two previous rulings had not been in their favour shows their dedication to their work and indeed to the workers whose savings they are entrusted with.

I have no doubt whatsoever that even in other projects which have been marred by controversy; good and sound judgment will be exercised in the interest of the Fund and the workers who contribute for the future. Congratulations and thank-you NSSF!
