Owino market must be restructured

Kampala Capital City Authority should consider the restructuring of Nakivubo Parkyard Market among its first priorities for in 2014.
On February 25, 2009 the country woke up to flames at the same market. More than 20,000 traders are believed to have lost their goods. Traders did not give up despite the tragedy. They gathered what was left and resumed business.
As they were trying to recover from this fire, on July 31 2011 there was another outbreak. The second fire still did not break them down, which showed that Ugandans are hardworking and resilient. And now another fire on December 4.
I am sure this is not going to be the last fire unless something is done to remedy the situation.
