Patriotism is not taught in classroom

Articles about teaching patriotism disgust me! Patriotism is not a classroom activity; it comes naturally.

Therefore, for our leaders to imagine they will teach Ugandans patriotism is a mistake. In any case, Ugandans at the grassroots are more patriotic than those enjoying all the comfort in this country.

They pay taxes as required, comply with all government policies but in return get nothing. Our leaders should clean their untidy houses before telling others to tidy up. They are not patriots themselves.
