Pioneer Easy Bus Company generally receives a good reception from the public because of its regulated fares and discipline of staff who handle passengers with respect. However, some of their regular clients are concerned about the company’s opening hours. I have observed that Pioneer starts its operations at 7am and retires at 9.30pm.
Pioneer needs to review this. Many people report to work by 8.30am and students have to be at school even earlier. It is advisable for Pioneer to start its operations between 5.30am and 6am just like in other countries.
