The problem with many people is that when court decides in their favour that is when they perceive the law and the Judiciary as meaningful.

But if court rulings are not in their favour, then they deem the system as corrupt and unfair. The judicial system is adversarial, meaning that both parties cannot win. There has to be a winner and a loser.

The Baganda say, ‘tekiwomera matama abili’, meaning that both sides of the mouth don’t usually feel the same amount of pleasure as you eat.
