Schools must have lightning conductors

I express dissatisfaction with some school administrations for failing to install lightning conductors. This is irresponsible. We, therefore, remind school management committees to ensure that they install lightning conductors.

Inspectors of schools should intensify their supervisory role in monitoring and inspecting schools and those found with no conductors should be closed. To pupils: You must avoid taking shelter under trees when it is raining. Also avoid electric wires and cables.
