I would like to congratulate the 9th Parliament for standing unshaken against the Anti-Homosexuality Bill. Our representatives (MPs) have played their part but the onus is now on the President to sign the Bill into law.

I know the pressure from our brothers and sisters from Europe is too much but remember we have to protect our culture and the future generation.

One time, the Gambian president said that if a man could make a baby with a fellow man then he will allow the homosexuals and lesbians to enjoy themselves. He further said; We are ready to eat grass but we will not compromise on this. I am of the view that if the Bill becomes so controversial, bring it to us (voters) so that we can make the decision.
