The world should learn to listen to Muslim grievances

For nearly two decades now, the world has witnessed fatal terrorist attacks, mainly targeting America and its close allies world over.
I read, with keen interest an article by Mr Ssemujju Nganda in a local newspaper recently and in the questions he raised, I feel lie our effort to get to the bottom of what could be the main cause of terrorism in the world today.
For example, he asked, “what motivates sane people to butcher others? Why, all of a sudden, does a new group that takes pleasure in massacring innocent souls arise in our midst?”
To Mr Nganda , the world powers have conspired against genuine Muslims who must not be allowed to ascend to positions of leadership.
It appears the super powers, America and its allies in particular seem not to think wisely while handling Muslims and leadership in their respective countries. It appears, that unless the world learnt to listen to Muslim grievances and possibly ring-fence leadership in Muslim countries and apply Laissez-faire approach on Muslim matters, just like How Mr Nganda said, we will need to deploy soldiers near pit latrines and bedrooms to fight terrorism.
