Uganda being the only country in East and Central Africa that has had nine Presidents since Independence is nothing to be proud of.
The number of coup d’etat (overthrows) that Uganda has had does not suggest good management skills for a country, compared to the others in East and Central Africa.
Even a manager or director who keeps on hopping from job to job within just one or two years is a bad one because he portrays factors of boredom and lack of patience for certain situations.
Hence, Kavuma Kaggwa’ statement in his article in the Daily Monitor of Wednesday January 30 misses a point as much as he gave the good reasons as to why the 27th NRM anniversary should be applauded.
