When will teachers’ allowances be paid ?

No one seems to be bothered about implementing the contents of the Public Service circular dated June 30 2012 that gave directive on the payment of science teachers allowances with effect from July 2012.

What happened to government’s plan to increase allowances of teachers of science subjects? No one seems to be bothered about implementing the contents of the Public Service circular dated June 30 2012 that gave directive on the payment of science teachers allowances with effect from July 2012.
The officers in-charge of this operation say they are still waiting to be told which subjects are to be categorised as science subjects for example whether or not a teacher of mathematics and geography fits the definition of a science teacher. For how long are we teachers of science subject going to wait for this allowance?
