Road signs, road rage and lawlessness in Uganda

After Nantaba, the general public is wise to be on notice that nothing useful remains in the definition and expectation of a cabinet minister. After all an ex-con Nasser Sebaggala also once made it on the list.

So the outrage over writing a bill for Ms Muloni is an illusion right thinking members of society cannot buy. It is better to write the law for the lowest common denominator- Nantaba because they are the faces of the future not Uganda’s once glorious past.
