Moses Golola is back and hungrier than ever. The kickboxer is keen to silence his critics when he takes on Hungarian Istvan Betyars in a tune-up fight at the Kyadondo Rugby Football Club tomorrow. “I have been training with the best trainers around,” said Golola, who proved that he has not lost his motor-mouthed ways yesterday.

“A loss in this game would be a great setback for my career. For me, it is going to be do or die,” he said.
His American trainer Ethan Higuer is also optimistic Golola can win back the love of his Ugandan fans.

“His two months training away in Nairobi has been a good confidence builder,” Higuer said of Golola. “It gave him time to recover and he is more focused than ever.”

According to another Ugandan champion Ronald Mugula, Golola can rise again because he has gone back to the basics and sought proper training from professionals.
