Dusseldorf. Wladimir Klitschko reckons Tyson Fury is starting to realise the reality of the task in front of him.
The WBO, IBF and WBA heavyweight champion puts his titles on the line against the British challenger on Saturday in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Fury, 27, has never been involved in an event of this size with 55,000 fans set to pack the ESPIRIT Arena on the fringe of the city.
The self-proclaimed ‘Gypsy King’ insists he is not bothered about it as he met with Klitschko at Tuesday’s press conference. But the Ukrainian champion – who has not lost in 11 years – thinks differently. He said: “It’s the calm before the storm and we have another two events - the open workout and the weigh-in.

“Then we have the fight and that’s the cherry on the cake.
“Reality is little by little coming to him. It’ll happen especially on Saturday when we face each other in the ring. “I can’t judge how he feels. He seems very motivated. He’s goofy as he always is. “I’m expecting from every opponent to be better than they usually are because this is the chance of their life - to fight for all the titles with a big champion. “It’s not about how much is going to be said, commentated and all the nonsense in press conferences.

“It’s going to be fought in the ring on Saturday night and that’s what counts. That’s why we are actually here.”
Klitschko has been here so many times before as he prepares for his 19th consecutive title defence.
He added: “I know the schedule. Things are pretty much repeating. There are always additions that you never expect as you have seen from history.I’m calm and waiting for my chance on Saturday night.”
