Scrapyard still strong

The sponsors have unveiled a Shs100,000 award to the best player every month.
Leaders Scrapyard, started the second round of the Pilsner Pool League of Kings in commanding fashion with a 17-3 thrashing of Transformers at the weekend in Katwe.
The Kisenyi-based club proved they were still in good shape despite the two months break, after posting another impressive 14-6 win over Isabella Pool Club in their second outing of the weekend.
Game City, who also share the same points (37 points) with Scrapyard, beat Isabella 13-7 in their first game before registering a similar 14-6 against Capital Nite.
In other games, defending champions Skin Samona beat Casablanca 17-3.
