Uganda slipped from second to third after the third round of the on-going Africa Junior Golf Teams Championship in Mauritius but coach Deo Akope is optimistc the team can reclaim their position and end on a high.

“The boys struggled a lot today,” said Akope after the team returned 245 gross - their worst aggregate.

“There were too many wrong decisions made. But hopefully they can stick to the plan. We have to regain the second spot from Zim.” The team is comprised of Daniel Baguma, Joseph Chwinyaai, Ronald Otile and Titus Okwong.
